Abstract
Suspensions of washed human platelets were found to agglutinate at pH 4.5 and to dissolve at pH 10.5. Further experiments on the dissolved platelets revealed that the major substance inside of platelets was ribonucleoprotein. These experiments included chemical analyses, absorption spectra and electrophoresis. Keywords
