Abstract
In order to establish a reliable method for the determination of plasma renin activity in small samples, we have compared the methods reported. The method of Boucher et al. was found to be reliable, and modified in the laboratory. Expression of renin activity by the first order reaction constant was emphasized. This publication has 13 references indexed in Scilit:
