Abstract
Goat [beta]-lactoglobulin was prepared in crystalline form from salt-free solution by a modification of the method of Sen and Chaudhuri. Large quantities of compound were obtained in a relatively short time by just removing the cream by means of a separator and acid precipitation of the casein at pH 4.2.This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
