Abstract
Application of DEAE column chromatography for fractionation of milk proteins is discussed. Evaluation of the DEAE method for separation of whey and casein protein fractions is presented. The method allows a complete resolution of whey proteins into relatively pure chromatographic components, but the resolution of a-casein components needs further study. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
