Abstract
A waveguide system is described which enables the complex permittivity of medium- and high-loss liquids to be measured at 70 GHz. The design and constructional details of two waveguide cells are given together with a brief description of the methods of analysing the data. Results of measurements on various liquids are included.Keywords
