New High-Spin States inand a PossibleBand

Abstract
New levels in with spins of and have been discovered at energies of 6592 ± 2 and 7937 ± 3 keV, respectively. It is suggested that these levels, together with the known 3907-keV (), 4549-keV (), and 5464-keV () levels, form a rotational band.
