Abstract
The electron‐excited Auger spectrum of vacuum‐cleaved GaAs is presented. Measurements were made for initial holes in the L, M, and N shells. The different peaks are identified by their energy and by using trend lines for similar peaks from the elements Z=22 to Z=33.This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
