Abstract
We propose and demonstrate a new low loss Ti:LiNbO3 waveguide electro-optic polarization controller for λ=1.32 μm. The device provides general polarization transformations, is wavelength tunable, and has a total fiber device fiber insertion loss of 2.2 dB.Keywords
