Abstract
An electrophoretically homogeneous supply of C''l of human serum was prepd. and subjected to an elementary and partial amino-acid analysis. Results of the analyses are tabulated and the methods of analysis are described. An ultracentri- fuge study of the C''l prepn. disclosed the presence of a major component comprising 70% of the material, and having a sedimentation constant of 6.9 Svedberg units referred to water at 20 [degree]C. The remaining 30% of the fraction sedimented more rapidly. Keywords
