Abstract
The reaction has been studied at a bombarding energy of 18 MeV. The isotopically enriched target was contained in a gas cell with no entrance window. Excitation energies and angular distributions were obtained for 58 levels below MeV in . A distorted-wave analysis was used to determine values and spectroscopic strengths. The results are compared with previous data from transfer reactions and radioactive decay.
