Abstract
The fate of ochratoxin A during incubation with [microbial] contents from the 4 stomachs of the cow was studied. Ochratoxin A was cleaved into the nontoxic ochratoxin .alpha. and phenylalanine by the contents from all but the abomasum. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
