Abstract
Monte Carlo calculations are presented for neutrino production of neutral heavy leptons which rapidly decay into dimuons and neutrinos, neutrinos only, muons and hadrons, and neutrinos and hadrons. For a mass of 4-5 GeV, the relative cross sections, branching ratios, and observed energy, , , and distributions are all presently compatible with the data on dimuon production and anomalous effects recently reported.
