Abstract
Results of 400 24-hr. urine analyses for total N during the last 6 yrs. showed that an average of 11.16 gm. of total N were eliminated, equivalent to 76.7 gm. protein per 70 kilo body weight, after adding 10% protein lost in the feces. The protein intake of students of the North and South, per 70 kilo body weight, is practically the same. Temp, between[long dash]4.4 and +23[degree]C. had no effect on protein intake. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
