A case of malignant lymphoma (immunoblastic with plasmacytic differentiation) of the colon complicating Crohn''s disease is reported. The rarity of this complication in inflammatory granulomatous disease of the intestine is stressed. The possible relationship between intestinal lymphoma and Crohn''s disease is discussed. Keywords
