Abstract
PREVIOUS studies by various workers1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 have established the high level of efficacy of the Enders live measles-virus vaccine given alone or in combination with human immune globulin. Such efficacy is expressed in terms both of development of antibody after vaccination and of protection against natural measles in epidemics.One of the important problems that remain is the assessment of durability of immunity after vaccination.
