Abstract
Increasing serum concns. of p-aminohippurate (PAH) reduced the inulin clearance in the rat by 1/3, an effect that was perceived as the serum PAH concn. approached tubular saturation levels. Increasing serum concns. of inulin reduced the PAH clearance similarly.Keywords
