Abstract
For pt.II see ibid., vol.2, p.663-7 (1991). A waveguide system is described which enables the complex permittivity of high-loss liquids to be measured accurately at spot frequencies within the range 57-82 GHz. Data are presented for water and formamide and the experimental errors considered. Keywords
