Abstract
Intravenous or intramuscular streptokinase (SK), 100,000 or 500,000 u, respectively, was administered prior to the instillation of mustard oil in the rabbit eye. Comparison of the SK-treated animals with saline controls indicated that SK was effective in reducing this type of experimental inflammation.Keywords
