Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 30-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of headaches, visual blurring, sexual dysfunction, polydipsia, and polyphagia.The patient was well until six months earlier, when he began to experience increased thirst, polydipsia, and polyuria. He consulted a physician and was reassured that his blood glucose was normal. His symptoms continued; his appetite increased, and his weight rose from 90 to 120 kg. He became aware of increased fatigability and irritability, with impaired memory, reduced libido, a problem in initiating and sustaining erections, and increasing somnolence.
