Abstract
S. D. Senturia Typical turbine engines generate about 100 MW of power. Scaled down to millimeter size, a turbine could generate tens of watts, enough for powering micromachinery. In their Perspective, Epstein and Senturia review past progress and recent developments in micromotor engineering. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
