Abstract
The quantum-chromodynamics (QCD) higher-order effects (next to the leading order in the running coupling constant) are calculated for the moments of structure functions in polarized deep-inelastic electroproduction. The QCD correction to the Bjorken sum rule is obtained and compared with the existing data. Keywords
