Abstract
Iron and copper reflectivities over the L2,3 thresholds are measured at grazing incidence. Strong anomalous dispersion is observed close to the iron thresholds through a Kramers-Kronig analysis of the photo-absorption spectrum which contains prominent white lines. Evidence for a refractive index greater than unity is found. Copper shows weak structure at the L2,3 edges. Keywords
