Abstract
Auger-electron and x-ray yields of Ne have been measured simultaneously in 30-MeV collisions with Ne. Both spectra are dominated by satellite transitions. The Ne -shell fluorescence yield is 2.4 times larger than found in identical measurements using 5-MeV incident protons.
