Abstract
Milk collected from over 100 dairy cows was analyzed for K by gamma-ray spectrometry. The mean K concentration of milk varied only slightly, but milk samples from individual cows ranged from 0.98-2.02 g/l. The K concentration of the milk remained constant under conditions of varying K intake. Differences in K content of milk, due to breed were not apparent. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
