Rate Equation Analysis of a Pulsed Microcavity Laser

Abstract
On the basis of rate equations it is shown that a microcavity laser can exhibit a distinct threshold in a pulsed operation even if the laser cavity has a large spontaneous emission coupling ratio.Keywords
