Abstract
Large time-dependent partial-rate asymmetries associated with CP violation are predicted for the decays of (≡b¯s) and (≡b¯d) to certain two-body final states (such as ). Tagging on an accompanying charged b-flavored particle (=bū) or identified baryon (≡bud) permits the identification of the initial flavor (B or B¯) of the decaying particle. The asymmetries are contrasted with the →ψ asymmetry discussed earlier in the literature.
