Abstract
Plasma levels of thioridazine and four of its metabolites were determined in a series of fifteen young acute schizophrenics. Consistent individually different metabolic patterns were detected in a group of patients who had the same value for the sum of thioridazine plus metabolites. The apparent volume of distribution and half life were calculated. Clinical evolution tended to correlate best with the level of mesoridazine. This publication has 22 references indexed in Scilit:
