Abstract
A. luteo-virescens can be added to the list of microorganisms which produce kojic acid. The M.L.D. of kojic acid for 17-gm. white mice (intraperit.) is about 30 mg. per mouse. The antagonistic action of kojic acid was tested against 166 strains of microorganisms. Lepto-spira canicola and L. icterohemorrhagiae were especially susceptible. Keywords
