Abstract
Two methods are proposed for extrapolation of the reflectivity curves in the Kramers-Kronig analysis. These extrapolations are based; (i) on experimental results of absorption, (ii) on the Drude-Lorentz equation. Compared with a classical extrapolation in E-4, they shift the maximum of the -Im(1/ epsilon ) function towards greater energy and increase neff values. Keywords
