Abstract
The effect of space charge on transient current in dielectric media with constant voltage boundary conditions is studied for time‐dependent injection at one electrode. Several cases are investigated which include field‐dependent mobility in the dielectric, field‐dependent injection at one electrode, and a combination of the two. The results show the importance of these field dependences. Experimental data are presented which illustrate some of these features. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
