Abstract
Summary: Two cases of sporotrichosis of the face are reported. The mode of spread of the lesions is discussed. One case was apparently cured by potassium iodide therapy. The other case proved refractory to this therapy and alternative methods of treatment are considered. A favourable response to intralesional amphotericin B is recorded. Keywords
