Abstract
The level structure of and as revealed by the and reactions is reported. Comparisons are made to a model which mixes the anharmonic pair vibration with "two multipole-phonon" excitations and "one-phonon" proton configurations. The 5.57-MeV level in may be a pair analog to the weak level in at 2.32 MeV.
