Abstract
The inclusion of wax D fractions of the strains Test, Canetti and H37 Rv of human type M. tuberculosis in water-in-oil emulsions containing ovalbumin produced an increase in serum anti-ovalbumin levels measured at three weeks following a single injection into guinea-pigs, as compared with the levels of antibody in control animals which received ovalbumin emulsions lacking these fractions.Keywords
