Abstract
X-ray standing waves generated above a gold mirror surface during total-external reflection are used to unambiguously locate a zinc ion layer which is embedded ∼200 Å above the mirror surface in a Langmuir-Blodgett multilayer with a precision of 2 Å. .AEKeywords
