Abstract
Antigonadotropic substances active against pregnant mares'' serum hormone were demonstrated in 60% of women treated with the hormone (Antex Leo). The antihormone was formed in spite of the fact that the treatment was not given continuously but in short series (1500 or 3000 I. U. x 5) with one or several months'' intervals. After one series of treatment 9% had formed antihormone; after 2 series the figure was 38% and after 3 series 70%. The inhibitory substances disappeared from the blood in the course of 1-5 months. Keywords
