Abstract
A young woman with reticulum cell sarcoma developed severe renal failure. Radiotherapy delivered to the enlarged kidneys led to a very significant improvement in renal function lasting for a period of over 2 mon. At autopsy both kidneys were found to be virtually destroyed by the tumor. The differential diagnosis of uremia associated with malignant lymphoma as well as an approach to the management of this problem are discussed. Keywords
