Abstract
The excretion of urinary estriol glucosiduronate during 2 pregnancies was checked by the internal standard method using 16-14C-estriol-16α-β-d-glucopyranosiduronic acid. The latter had been previously biosynthesized. Daily values rose from 7 to 10 mg in the third month to 37 to 54 mg in the eighth month of pregnancy. These values are compared to those obtained by hydrolysis. Keywords
