Abstract
Methods are descr. for detecting and identifying some tertiary pyridine compounds, in particular pyridine-4-carboxy derivatives. The probable identities of 2 metabolites excreted in urine by human subjects treated with isoniazid, pyridine-4-carboxyhydrazide,were established as isonicotinoylglycine and isonicotinic acid. Large amts. of unchanged isoniazid were not excreted. Keywords
