Abstract
The thermoelectric power variation with alloying ΔS and the residual resistivity Δp of Cu3Au alloy doped with 3d transition metals are reported as a function both of T and of the atomic number of the impurity. The different state of order of the alloy affects the absolute values of ΔS and Δp but does not drastically modify the general trend of the curves, which suggests a resonance mechanism between the conduction electrons and the d states of the impurities. Keywords
