Abstract
Measurements have been made of the spectral response of Cu2S-CdS photovoltaic cells, prepared by the chemiplating technique, as a function of the plating solution concentration and the plating time. The results are interpreted qualitatively in terms of simple energy band theory and the resulting model compared with those already proposed. Keywords
