Abstract
The data on from the BES experiment at the Beijing electron-positron collider have been analyzed. We find two resonances in the 1.7 GeV region which were identified as : a scalar with mass and width , and a tensor with mass and width . The resulting branching ratios are ( for and ( for , respectively.
