Abstract
Summary 1. In confirmation of the report by Porter and Laird, exoerythrocytic forms of P. lophurae have been demonstrated by inoculating young turkeys with sporozoites of this plasmodium. 2. These exoerythrocytic forms have been grown in tissue culture. 3. The morphology of these forms in vivo and in tissue cultures is described and illustrated. The forms closely resemble the exoerythrocytic forms of P. gallinaceum. Keywords
