Abstract
The and reactions have been used to study the masses and the low-lying excited states of and , using 23 MeV tritons and a quadrupole-dipole-dipole-dipole spectrometer. The mass excess of is -49 891(15) keV. At least 19 excited states of with MeV have been observed. The mass excess of is -55 832(30) keV, assuming that an (unresolved) isomeric state exists at keV. decay evidence from other work, together with these results, suggests that these two states have . Sixteen other states of have been observed with MeV.
