Abstract
Transistor plug‐in circuits have been combined to deliver an output pulse whenever the ac input wave crests between two reference dc levels. This circuit is used to measure the decrement of freely decaying oscillations at frequencies below 80 cps. For decrements below 10−2 the precision of this circuit is better than ±2%.Keywords
