Abstract
Eosinopenia occurred regularly during the afternoon in normal pregnant women. The total eosinophil count falls during the last week of pregnancy, and falls further during delivery. Epinephrine caused the usual drop of eosinophils regardless of the stage of pregnancy. Histamine (0.10 mg./10 kg. body wt. subcut.) caused variable changes of eosinophils in nonpregnant women, and usually caused an eosinopenia in pregnant women. Keywords
