Abstract
A sample of known eggwhite lysozyme subjected to the standard yeast test for "avidin" activity proved strongly positive. Samples of "avidin" of varying potencies tested for lysozyme activity proved strongly positive. The "avidin" activity in each "avidin" concentrate closely paralleled its lysozyme activity. This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
