Abstract
The occurrence of and the circumstances of social, psychic and somatic character corresponding to a "hyperestrogenic" condition judging from vaginal smears according to Papanicolaou''s method, is presented. It seems, that during puberty there is a physiological predisposition towards "relative" hyperestrogenism. It seems also that young persons with well developed ego-superego during prolonged psychic stress maintain and endure a strong inner tension and react in increasing proportions of "real hyperestrogenism" and more symptoms accompanying that state. On the ground of this investigation taking into consideration the conflict etiology, the question arises, if in some cases does not exist the possibility of a selective psychosomatic reaction through a conflictsituation stimulating the sexual sphere. Keywords
