Abstract
Results of DRw typing using frozen-thawed plastic "adhered" cell preparations were comparable to those obtained using fresh sheep E-rosetted lymphocytes. Estimates of B-cell content of such preparations may be erroneously low if surface immunoglobulin fluorescence is the only method used. Keywords
