Abstract
The electrical type, resistivity, and donor or acceptor concentration of CdTe films deposited electrochemically at various potentials were measured. The carrier mobilities of the films were determined from these results. The deposition potential dependence of the mobility was small and the deposition potential dependence of the resistivity was mainly controlled by the deposition potential dependence of the donor or acceptor concentration. The carrier mobilities were very small compared with those in single crystals due to the scattering of the carriers at grain boundaries. This publication has 15 references indexed in Scilit:
