Abstract
Simultaneous clearances of urea, inulin and diodrast were measured in 4 nephrotic children exhibiting abnormally high urea clearance values. Similar elevations of the inulin and diodrast clearances were observed. Taking the diodrast clearance as a measure of renal blood flow, it is concluded that increased blood flow is the principal factor responsible for the high urea clearances in these children. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
